Schlacht is a renowned demon who served as the trusted advisor to the Demon King. Gifted with the extraordinary ability to see into the future, Schlacht’s foresight spans up to a thousand years. Throughout the rule of the Demon King, he held command over the esteemed group known as the Seven Sages of Destruction.
However, Schlacht’s reign came to an end approximately a decade prior to the Demon King’s defeat when he was vanquished alongside three other Sages by the Hero of the South.
Back Story
The Omniscient Schlacht, the trusted advisor of the Demon King, was known for his ability to see a thousand years into the future. He played a crucial role in conveying the Demon King’s orders and coordinating the actions of his generals. Macht, one of the Seven Sages of Destruction, revealed that Schlacht had repeatedly involved him in his plans over the years.
About a decade before the Demon King’s downfall, Schlacht gathered the Sages of Destruction to confront the renowned Hero of the South, the strongest hero of humanity. Schlacht sought Macht’s aid, eventually coercing him with the threat of facing his formidable adversary, the Miraculous Grausam. Despite Macht’s assurance of safety, Schlacht appeared to be on the brink of death, suggesting uncertainty about his own fate. Aware that his memories might be read by Frieren in the future, Schlacht preemptively ordered Grausam to erase Macht’s memories of the battle to prevent any witnesses.
Legends tell of a decisive battle where Schlacht and the Hero of the South eliminated each other after three Sages of Destruction fell. The true events of this confrontation remain shrouded in mystery.
